The property is also located just a quick 4-wheeler ride away from some of the regions natural wonders as well. Sawn Rocks is an awe inspiring natural volcanic anomaly and one of the only of its kind in the world. A glacier area is located just minutes away for a quick swim in many of the small pools.

Back on the property, one of the main features is a large and constantly runnning 65 foot waterfall. The pool at the bottom is deep enough for you to make the leap (if you dare). Climb Round Mountain for one of the best views in the region. Hiking, hunting, camping, a motorcycle / atv riding are top-notch.

High Valley is located near Narrabri, however the majority of shopping and entertainment needs are met at nearby Bingara, a quaint town nestled on the Gwydir River. The largest nearby city is Tamworth, host of the second largest country music festival in the world.
